I am delighted to announce that Ottawa Cooks (Figure 1 Publishing) has arrived in the Capital! It’s a very handsome cookbook, thanks to the stellar photography of Christian Lalonde, the loving care of Figure 1 Publishing’s art director Jess Sullivan, and the stunning plates of food created by forty-one chefs from across the city and the river. Forty-one chefs, eighty-two recipes, and dozens of delicious reasons why you should pick up a copy or six.
