Chefs Ted Reader, Christian Pritchard and Michael Blackie in one kitchen should guarantee three things: outrageous creativity, off the charts energy, and very good food. I had the pleasure of travelling and cooking (in a strictly supportive role) with Christian Pritchard at the first Yukon Culinary Festival in Whitehorse and Dawson City three years ago. He is a riot. And a fine chef. Toss in Blackie and Reader and things should sizzle.
