Making Ottawa Cooks

With thanks to photographer Christian Lalonde, a video he created that captures the week we spent at Photolux Studio, photographing the faces and recipe plates of the 41 chefs in the newly published Ottawa Cooks. Other than the chefs and Chris, the faces you see are those of Montreal prop stylist Irene Garavelli and Toronto-based food stylist Noah Witenoff. Enjoy!
