Those were the words of praise from the Taste Canada judges for The Sobo Cookbook, its authors (my friend) Andrew Morrison of Scout Magazine, and Sobo chef Lisa Ahier.
Huge congrats to them and the entire SoBo team, for their cookbook’s gold medal in the category “Regional/Cultural Cookbook” at the Taste Canada awards last night. I am so delighted for them. Thinking about Killer Tacos for dinner tonight.
