Casa Bella closed – Olivea to open

The husband and wife team of Stev George and Deanna Harrington , both chefs, both graduates of the Stratford Chefs School with impressive CVs that includes a stint at the wonderful Sooke Harbour House on Vancouver Island, and both parents of three little ones, have closed the fabulous Casa Bella in Gananoque (strike out page 53 of Capital Dining) and are readying a new restaurant in Kingston called Olivea, slated to open in June.  Chef Stev George will be one of the competitors at the 2008 Ottawa Gold Medal Plates culinary competition, along with a slate of Ottawa-Gatineau chefs.
