Why not give them a call 613-562-7244? I've also had a delicious cassoulet at Le Cafe during Winterlude, and an uninspired cassoulet at Metropolitain many moons ago. You might also have some luck at L'Echelle de Jacob in Aylmer. Good luck, and let me know how you fare.
